In order to ensure the integrity of our Developer Database and the protection of your confidential information, the Developer Support Center (DSC) requires that all changes to the database be made in writing, on company letterhead,with an authorizing signature.  This form can be filled out on line, printed onto your company letterhead and FAXed to the administrative support for the DSC (attn: Database Administrator).  The FAX number for this group is (408)974-7683.  When making any changes to your mailing information, please be sure to notify other Apple groups you deal with such as APDA or Apple Online Services (AppleLink).  Please allow three business days for processing.
